Die Hard Teaser Trailer

Die hard is a well known action film within the film industry. They have used typical techniques to put across their genre to the audience that they have chosen. They have used techniques like fast paced editing to keep the audience interested and wanting to see more. This makes the film look like something is always happening and that it never gets boring. They have also used camera shots like close ups and extreme close ups so that you can see the characters emotions. With close ups it also makes the film look like it is going a lot quicker than it actually is. Some of the shots they have done you can see that they might not actually be moving e.g. when the lorry driver turns the wheel he could just be at a standstill.

The teaser trailer is 1.41 long which is longer than most teaser trailers. The usual teaser trailer is about 1 minute long.
